An Amazing, Hazy Look Into The Future

Sometimes we all sit and think. Sometimes we doodle with a pen.

Simple Words

The words, the thoughts, the processes go on and on.As simple as it may seem to me I tend to feel that all words have their own meaning and not always the dictionary form.

What Is Destiny? Is There Some Thing Called Free Will?

One of the greatest and everlasting debates of humanity has been about the role of destiny in the lives of human beings. There was a time when it was almost an accepted fact of life that each and every event was governed by destiny of human beings.

Raindrops Keep Falling On My Web

I really believe there are things nobody would see if I didn't photograph them. The probability of that obviously is very low but laws of probability have often been known to falter at the crucial test of reality.

DNA, Fiction and Society; How it Affects Thought

A book called the Seven Daughters of Eve by Richard Sykes is worthy of a read and talks about what we have learned about the flow of human beings populations through DNA research. Thus it is safe to say that certain members of our species have developed differently and in different ways, meaning the brain also learns differently.

Desire is the First Step

When a member of a species determines it wants something a thought is born, which triggers a desire and thus starts the brain into a cycle innovation and strategy. If it is hunger in a Bald Eagle it means flying over the river to catch a Salmon.

Culture and Knowledge

In eastern Cultures the passing of thought was considered valuable, so much in fact that even to this day members of those cultures respect their elders and listen to their advice. The passing of such thoughts and concepts and philosophies is of extreme value.

Humans Who Are Disrespected Seek Revenge

The easiest way to gain enemies is to disrespect people. Inherently for some reason; humans who are disrespected more often than not seek revenge.

Tempus Fugit and the Dollar Doesnt

Money is time, a commodity which can be used to gage worth in respect to the time needed to construct, design, build, assemble, mine or in other ways accomplish a task, the creation of a product, a skill, an idea or any materialistic value. The value of a dollar changes from moment to moment depending on who possesses it at any specific point in time.

Choice and Social Acceptance in Human Organizations

Let's discuss choice and social acceptance. I had the most interesting conversation the other day with a friend at a coffee shop.

Platos Atlantis: Fact, Fiction or Prophecy?

Atlantis is often described as paranormal or mythical, but is it really? In two of Plato's great works, the Timaeus and the Critias, Plato describes an Athenian civilization in diaglogue between Critias, Socrates, Timaeus and Hermocrates. (Predating Plato by 9,000 years, or 9,600 BC) Atlantis, according to Critias, was a great Athenian city which, by the hand of mankind, met with cataclysmic destruction.

Quotes to Think About

INSPIRATIONAL COMMENTS:"There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments and which cannot fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance - that principle is contempt prior to investigation. - Herbert Spencer"Albert Einstein - "We are seeking for the simplest possible scheme of thought that will bind together the observed facts.

All That We Are... Are Labels

Within the confines of the known universe, a madness is present that taints all of the knowledge which every human being has aquired within their life, and within the lives of others.Nothing is as it seems, and it only seems that way because the human being has labeled it as such.

The Tree of Life and Allies

There are names in many languages and cultures or even within each culture, separate cults with different names for 'forces of nature'. Allies, guides, elementals, fairies, elves, gnomes, leprechauns and so the list would grow into the thousands.

The Cosmic Eggs

One of the ancient Seven Wonders of the World is reported (many years after all but the Great Pyramid had vanished) to be the Temple of Artemis in Ephesus. This great goddess has what many archaeologists and historians have interpreted to be nearly a thousand breasts on her body.

  • Platonic Fullerene Chemistry and Unformed Atomic Matter
Icons of the New Renaissance stories, under the auspices of the Science-Art Research Centre of Australia, are about the discoveries demonstrating that life-sciences can now be linked to fractal logic in defiance of the present scientific world view. This article argues that the Platonic tradition of Greek philosophy's fusing of ethics into the Nous of Anaxagoras was an act of quantum observer participancy, reforming the original mathematical structure of the Nous into a dynamical infinite fractal expression. This is in defiance of the 20th Century's Einsteinian world-view, now allowing for sustainable human growth and development through space-time to occur.

  • Hearts And Minds, Listen Up
The subconscious mind is the heart, and the conscious mind is the reasoning mind, and in this article I am telling both sides of the consciousness to listen up. The most powerful thing we can do is to listen to ourselves and our consciousness, there are not any exceptions.

  • Free Will Vs. Determinism: An Approach Based on Self-Reference
We freely speak of free will, and a common assumption is that free will exists. However, when we drill down into exactly how free will operates, our efforts run into the inexorable grip of cause and effect. So the existence of something that seems obvious, our ability to freely choose, vanishes as we try to grasp how that free will escapes determinism. We need some heavy thinking to make that escape, and self-reference, and the enormous self-referential ability of the brain, might offer such an escape.

  • The Person Who Can Do What They Want (The Grateful Winner)
Like "the little engine that could", the person that can genuinely do what they want is grateful for all things and most of all patient. Without those two qualities, nobody can do anything as evidenced in most "quick change" and "instant" activities that do not always work as described.

  • Conscience and Consciousness
A very important, though not much discussed, factor in psychology is conscience. Apparently psychopaths (or sociopaths) are people lacking in conscience; but not much is said about the character of the conscience that people who do have conscience possess. In fact, different people's consciences contain different things; and it is this that is the most significant but least discussed issue in this matter.

In this article the Greek Music of the Spheres concept has been linked to Quantum Biology in order to demonstrate how the present Homo Entropicus can survive the imminent information singularity. It links Prince Charles' book Harmony and Dr Richard Merrick's book Interference with the Science-Art Reseach Centre's book The 21st Century Renaissance, compliled in liaison with the Florntine University's New Measurement of Humanity Project.

  • Would Learning More On the Philosophy of Life Help Us Understand One-Another?
Not long ago, someone had suggested that I write an article on the philosophy of life, thus helping folks better understand one-another. Okay, so, this is an interesting topic - and I suppose it would be hard for anyone to deny that. Still, the philosophy of life is a topic which is as wide as the solar system and as vast as the ocean - it goes on seemingly forever from the perspective of the individual immersed in their life experience.

  • Anyone Calling Themselves a Philosopher Must Study Human Faith and Religion
Not long ago, a highly knowledgeable and self-proclaimed philosopher alerted me to the fact, in his view, that human faith in god or gods must be studied as a foundation for anyone hoping to become worthy of and learned in philosophy. Indeed he went so far as to say that if, I or anyone else claimed to be a philosopher, and were not as well versed as he in the topic of faith then we were lesser thinkers of reason than was required to pass the torch of the dead white men philosophers that came before us.

  • Recording a Life or Cataloging Chronological Thoughts - There Is a Difference and It Does Matter
There have been all sorts of schemes and ideas to allow for the recording of an entire human life from birth to death. Bell Labs had a gentleman by the name of Vannevar Bush who came up with the concept and surmised that it could be possible. Then there was a military study done after 9/11 called "Total Information Awareness" which would allow the recording of data, communications, information, and all the databases of corporations, government, and banking to protect our nation from terrorist attacks.
